Ode to the Passing of the 60Day Course

Jeremy, I've been wanting to say how, the latest 60 days, was for me.

First of all, a big thank you to you and Peter. Really!

Thank you for passing on what you know, the systems that work, the 12 steps. I admire your clarity, your systematic approach... and your humanity - both of you. Peter's bright eyes and generosity, your big-picture holding and incision. A great team. Wishing you well Peter!

As you know, I spent much of the 60Day NOT doing the 60Day. Just sitting back and watching my ego go crazy...spewing out fear, resistance, hatred, loathing, more fear, venom, spite, hatred ....on and on, as my cosy little comfort-zone was challenged by observing the kindness, the honesty, the compassion and generosity and the go-forward energy of the group.

Impossible snarled my ego... you can't make money, lots of money, do business, even learn business and not sell out...

...but look... I argued... it's happening here. It's possible.

By the end of the course something had released, quietened.

I've found my 'on the doorstep multi-niche' and not using my own name and AT is freeing things up. I'm coming back to a playful place. Something is actually happening - a miracle! - after years of gentle complacency and 12 months of stultifying panic!

I chatted to my new next - door neighbour about my idea - his business mentor walked down the street. We're having a meeting next week.

Think I can actually ring successful friends and ask about how they manage their email lists instead of skulking around in the shadows jealous of their success but doing nothing myself.

I sent an email to the golf-club secretary - our neighbour across the street said 'hi Sarah, got your email!'

I have been to a local community trust meeting to introduce my idea and met more local people than I've met for the last 20 years. I'm embedding in my area - why have I been so reluctant in the past? Too shy? Secretly superior? Even more secretly fearful?
