THE POETRY

By the river in Kyoto. I remember.

Family. Two girls lying flat, a father writing. The river flowing by.

Tribes. A dad holidaying his brood. Takes the time.

Blood. Girls. Teenagers about to fly. Different times of life.

What holds all this together?

 

THE ENGINEERING

Wicked mammal.

But can't blame you. It's all hard wired.

 

THE BUSINESS

Reptiles don't kiss, but mammals are big on exchanging fluids.

They've innovated by numbers too - mammals are into creating tribes, herds, flocks, gaggles, packs, throngs, droves, troops, mobs.

When did you last see a group of lizards hanging out?

In business its best to understand the deepest driver of them all - to belong.

To be part of something. To contribute, gain praise and appreciation (because we feel safe).

You have to become a WHO, a brand, a trusted authority, an alpha hero.

To get there takes time, focus, determination and PASSION.
