アレクサンダー・テクニーク クラス — 大阪（グレッグ・ホールダウェイ）
大阪で再びクラスを開催できることを、とてもうれしく思います。急なご案内となってしまい、ご都合がつかない方には申し訳ありません。
経験のある方とは練習を新たにし、初めての方にはこのワークをご紹介できることを楽しみにしています。基本的な原理に一緒に取り組みながら、皆さんが探ってみたい動作や活動にも取り組みます。このワークは、続けるほどにシンプルに、そしてより効果的になっていきます。そのことを土曜日に皆さんと分かち合えるのを楽しみにしています。
BodyThinkingの録画付き：グレッグは長年にわたって日本を訪れ、その間、BodyChanceトレーニングスクールでBodyThinkingのワークショップを行ってきました。このクラスにお申し込みいただくと、その録画の一つ（オンラインコース「Greg Holdaway's Super BodyThinking Course」）もご覧いただけます。グレッグが何時間にもわたってBodyThinkingについて語っている内容です。ワークショップに参加できない方も、お申し込みいただく価値は十分にあると思います。

This Saturday Greg Holdaway will be running a workshop in Osaka, and I'm delighted to let you know about it. But let Greg tell you in his own words what is going to happen.
Alexander Technique Class — Osaka (with Greg Holdaway)
It's a great pleasure to have the opportunity to offer a class again in Osaka. This has come together at short notice, so I apologise to anyone who can't make it for that reason.
I'm looking forward to renewing the practice with those who are experienced, and introducing newcomers to the work as well. We'll work together on the basic principles, and on any action or activity you're interested in exploring. It's remarkable how the work gets simpler and more effective with time - I'm looking forward to sharing that with you on Saturday.
Includes Greg's BodyThinking recording: Greg has been visiting Japan for many years, and during that time he has presented BodyThinking workshops for the BodyChance training school. When you register for this class, you'll also get access to one of those recordings (the online course "Greg Holdaway's Super BodyThinking Course") - Greg talking about BodyThinking over many hours. So even if you can't make it to the workshop, it's probably worth registering anyway.
