Alexander Soap Part 1

Hi,

What would you do

if your career was at risk?

Say you have worked hard,

you have built your career,

and finally it is starting to work:

people are noticing you,

you are getting compliments,

Companies want you to work with them…

Then a disaster strikes.

After years of work,

your dream is fading fast…

What would you do?

Alexander went to the doctor.

Alexander was an actor,

and one day he could not act.

He declared: "I am losing my voice!"

Alexander was born in Australia,

in Tasmania in 1869.

The year now was 1890,

he was 21 years old

and in a lot of trouble,

and he was at the doctor

asking for help.

Over the next 10 days,

I will tell you Alexander's story.

But it could be your story.

It is a story about not giving up,

about determination,

and taking risks,

about finding out the truth.

It is about how an ordinary man

was able to do an extraordinary thing…

So what did the doctor tell Alexander?

Could he help him or not?
