Being A Co-ordination Detective

Apr 25, 2017

Are you a detective when it come to your co-ordination issues?

I wrote about my approach recently in "My Leg is in Pain, and I have 3 Theories Why"

And Marja Krappe read that, then wrote back with her version of the same:

Couldn't agree more with that 1st theory.

I also got sudden pain in my right hip joint one day after walking about 10 min.

I walk a lot and never ever had pain in my hip joints. So I asked myself, what is it that I'm doing and I got the answer immediately: I was tightening my right side all the way from the pelvis to the armpit.

I stopped doing that and surprise, surprise, pain went away.

I praised The Alexander Technique again! I was also grateful for that pain because it brought my wrong use to my attention so quickly.

Nice.

It's what I love about giving lessons.

No form, no template. Listen, respond, research, figure out, find the answer, find what works. Works every time, because what Alexander discovered is not a theory, it's a truth.

P.S. My apologies to all those who got excited by the idea of joining our new ATSuccess 8 part series on how to create content and blog. It's only for members of Pro and 60 Day. Maybe later. Sorry. No can do. You can read more about the 6 month Pro course here. Might be my last for awhile.
