Information is the lifeblood of any leader.

The older leaders are great readers. The younger leaders watch Podcasts, TED talks and other media in their quest to stay abreast and on top in their field.

We thrive when our minds are asked to work - to process and analyse.

An average person will do this through school, university and sometimes into their career.
 
However, after University or College, a lot of people stop. They work doing a similar routine, then come home, often late and tired.

A majority of people play games, watch TV or go out drinking.

Your brain is like most of your other organs – if you don't use it, you lose it.

However, it's the discipline that makes it hard. You're tired, too busy and have no time to fit in anything more.
