I Know What I am SUPPOSED to Do BUT…

On a recent coaching call, a member told Chancer…

"I don't feel motivated to do it."

This is a person who lives off the work as a teacher - not a part-time hobbyist in an already financially secure environment. We're talking a die-hard Alexscovery teacher who needs the work to pay the rent.

And still. Hard to motivate.

Been there?

I know I have. Waking up, looking around - knowing what I must do and not wanting to do it.

Usually, I don't.

That's been my solution ever since I heard Marshall Rosenberg's story of deciding to drive taxis, rather than continue to work in a system he could no longer tolerate.

Yes, don't do it. Miss the rent Possum. Hit the gutter.

At some point, you'll wake up.

And it will be the perfect moment.

AA calls it "hitting rock bottom", and it's the beginning you needed.

HOWEVER, if facing the bailiffs, hanging your head in shame and disappointing friends and neighbours is not an option for Possum, there is another way.
