My Friends Think I am Crazy

Yesterday, I was chatting with trainees at BodyChance's Pro course.

One of them – a classical musician - suddenly announced:

"My friends think I am crazy. I travel so far to come to Pro; the tuition is high, and they still can't understand what I do."

Yes, this is one of the downsides of Alexander's Discovery. Teachers are expensive to train because it can take many years. It's a great art and a craft.

On top of that, it's hard to explain to your friends what Alexander's Discovery is about.

When others have not directly experienced postural freedom, they can't appreciate what an incredible change it brings about in your body. And how it improves your skills with many different things.

People do things – even crazy things – when the benefits are strong enough.

Do you offer a service which causes students improvements in their skills?
