The Power of Personality, Persuasion and Passion

An Alexscovery teacher today must rely on the power of their personality, their persuasion and their passion for succeeding.

It's increasingly competitive, increasingly hard to be heard.

And yet we keep on with it. Because we believe.

I was thinking like this when I started ATSuccess. I wanted to help teachers to succeed. Previously, my Alexander practice had been in dire trouble. At the time, I had a young family to support, and failure wasn't an option.

Nor was finding another profession.

You be in a different, and equally precarious situation.

From my experience in solving my problem, I arrived at the core values that drive ATSuccess today:

1. Find a community of people bound together by doing something they love;

2. Start communicating with them daily (by email, Facebook, email, flyers, meetings)

3. Make them an offer every time you make contact.

That's the ATSuccess plan in a nutshell.

The unstated assumption is that you have something GOOD to sell.

You can always make the first sale by persuasive methods, but after that what you offer must deliver on the promise in a way that matches what your market wants.

And that's the key to getting corporate work - Results. Matter.

Can you promise to give them what they want?

Nailing what they want - and putting together a program to deliver just that - will move you a long way towards landing a contract.
