The media is filling your mind with new stories of late.

The virus is spreading, the stock market is crashing, schools are being closed, Festivals cancelled, the Government is in disarray – a cacophony of crisis.

Out of conversations, Facebook posts, from commentators, through YouTube videos and the newspapers & TV – you get a new angle, a new piece of information.

Which means any facts or information that are not present in your mind are not present in your mind – these 'unknown unknowns' have no influence. Zero.
